The Gujarat government on Wednesday October 18 announced pay revision for the state employees in accordance with 7th pay commission In a Cabinet meeting the Bhupendra Patel lead government decided to increase the existing wages of fix salary employees of the state by 30% .
The latest salary hike will benefit 61560 state employees .The new pay Hike will be implemented with effect from October 1 2023.
This been a great news as earlier the centre has increased DA in this festive season to bring more colours in this Dussehra and Diwali.
This will allow user or employees to have more disposal income and can enjoy the festival season. The Chief Minister of Gujarat tweeted about this hike.
In the cabinet meeting held today under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Shri Bhupendrabhai Patel, an employee interest decision has been taken to increase the existing wages of 61,560 fixed-salary employees of the state by 30%, which will be implemented with effect from October 1, 2023.
