The second installment of the Nyay Scheme will benefit 2.4 million farmers in Chhattisgarh. CM’s significant announcement includes a substantial gift of hundreds of crores. On the occasion of former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi’s birth anniversary, the state government is observing “Harmony Day,” making it a significant day for Chhattisgarh’s farmers, laborers, and livestock keepers. CM Bhupesh Baghel organized a major event in Mahasamund district, with top Congress leaders attending.

Funds for Rajiv Yuva Mitra Clubs and Gauthan Nyay Scheme to be released
In the program, CM Baghel will transfer ₹662.1 million to the Rajiv Yuva Mitra Clubs. So far, ₹1.324 billion has been paid to the 13,242 clubs created in the state to engage youth in creative activities. Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel will also release ₹96.5 million as the second installment to beneficiaries of the Gauthan Nyay Scheme. This amount, combined with previous disbursements, totals ₹5.5131 billion paid to women self-help groups, Gauthan committees, and rural communities. Furthermore, CM Baghel will transfer ₹1.11 billion to 6,111 non-scheduled area Gram Panchayats under the “Chief Minister Pardhan Samman Nidhi Yojana.”

CM Bhupesh Baghel’s ₹655 crore gift to Mahasamund

During the program, Chief Minister Baghel will present Mahasamund district with a gift of ₹6.55 billion for 223 development projects. This includes inaugurating 132 projects costing ₹710.8 million and performing the groundbreaking for 91 projects costing ₹5.8392 billion. Additionally, CM Baghel will lay the foundation for constructing the building of Mahasamund Medical College, which will cost ₹3.2285 billion. He will also mark the beginning of various projects in urban bodies across the district, costing ₹1.1842 billion, and signal the launch of 50 mobile veterinary units.
