Selection Process:
The selection process will be based on the following criteria:
- Experience: 10%
- Interview: 90%
- Technical & Professional Proficiency: 60%
- Personality Communication & Competency: 30%
Total Weightage:
100% To be considered for placement on the panel, UR/EWS candidates must obtain a minimum of 60% marks in the interview (50% for SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PWD candidates against reserved posts). There is no minimum qualifying mark required in the aggregate.
Candidates can choose to appear for the interview in either Hindi or English.
The appointment of selected candidates is contingent upon their passing a medical examination conducted in accordance with RITES Rules and Standards of Medical Fitness for the relevant post.
