The National Thermal Power Corporation Limited (NTPC) has officially announced its recruitment drive for Engineering Executive Trainees for the year 2023, based on the GATE – 2023 Vacancy.

Total Vacancies: 495 positions
- Electrical Engineering: 120 vacancies
- Mechanical Engineering: 200 vacancies
- Instrumental/Electronics Engineering: 80 vacancies
- Civil Engineering: 30 vacancies
- Mining Engineering: 65 vacancies
Educational Qualification:
Applicants must possess a 4-year engineering degree (BE/B.Tech) in the relevant discipline corresponding to the position they are applying for. Additionally, candidates are required to participate in the GATE 2023 Examination and obtain a valid GATE score.
- General and OBC candidates should have a minimum of 65% marks in their engineering degree.
- SC/ST/PH candidates must have a minimum of 55% marks.
Age Limit:
The maximum age limit for applicants should not exceed 27 years as of the closing date for applications.

Pay Scale:
Selected candidates will be placed in the pay scale of Rs 40,000 – Rs 1,40,000, with a basic pay of Rs 40,000 (E1 Grade).
