Central government’s gift to Jharkhand, nursing colleges will open in these districts

Union Minister of State and MP Annapurna Devi said that with the establishment of nursing colleges along with medical colleges in Koderma and Hazaribagh, along with medical education, the quality of medical services for the common people will also improve.

Ranchi: There is good news for the youth who are dreaming of making a career in the field of nursing. New nursing colleges are going to open in Koderma and Hazaribagh. In this regard, Union Health Minister Dr. Mansukh Mandaviya has written a letter to Union Minister of State for Education and Koderma MP Annapurna Devi.

The Union Health Minister has informed that the Health Ministry has approved the proposal to establish nursing colleges in 157 districts of the country under the centrally sponsored scheme ‘Expansion of Nursing Education and Establishment of New Nursing Colleges in Medical Colleges’. Similarly, nursing colleges are to be established in Koderma and Hazaribagh districts also. This will increase the quality of health facilities here.

The quality of medical services will improve

Annapurna Devi has expressed her gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Health Minister Dr. Mansukh Mandaviya for this. He has said that with the establishment of nursing colleges along with medical colleges in Koderma and Hazaribagh, the quality of medical education as well as medical services for the common people will improve here. He said that the establishment of Nursing College will provide a better opportunity to the young men and women of Koderma and Hazaribagh who wish to make service to the suffering humanity their career.
